Mill Valley beat Kapaun Mt. Carmel 62-37 for the 2023 Kansas 5A high school football championship Saturday. The title is the fifth straight for the Jaguars, who entered the game averaging 46 points per contest.

Senior Jaden Scobee ran for 300 yards on 26 carries to four touchdowns.
