Orem wins Utah 4A state championship

Orem beat Mountain Crest 26-0 on Friday to capture the Utah Class 4A high school football state championship.  The title was the first for the school in 23 years.

Orem’s defense was outstanding with three interceptions, two sacks and recovered one fumble.  The Tigers held Mountain Crest to only 137 yards in total offense.
