Ouachita Christian wins Louisiana’s Select Division IV high school football championship

Ouachita Christian is now an eight-time Louisiana high school football champ. Thursday, at the Caesars Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints, OCS beat Vermilion Catholic 28-14 for the state’s Select Division IV championship.

After losing its season opener, Ouachita Christian reeled-off 13 straight wins. Vermilion Catholic entered the game a perfect 13-0.

Broc Hogan was named the game’s Most Outstanding Player after two interceptions and six receptions for 80 yards on offense.
