The expansion of our coverage of high school football in-and-around New York City, we present our first Top 10 for the Catholic High School Football League of Metropolitan New York and the Public School Athletic League. For short, it’s the CHSFL/PSAL Top 10.

The CHSFL leads the way with seven teams in the Top 10 that is created with our proprietary algorithm. And, there’s several big head-to-head matchups within the Top 10 as No. 2 Iona Prep plays No. 3 Monsignor Farrell on Saturday, No. 4 Cardinal Hayes plays No. 6 Christ the King Friday and in a big PSAL showdown No. 7 South Shore faces No. 8 Tottenville in a battle of unbeatens on Friday.
