Pahranagat Valley wins 22nd Nevada high school football championship

Pahranagat Valley extended its record of Nevada high school football championships to twenty-two with a 60-12 defeat of Eureka Saturday for the Class 1A, 8-Man state championship Saturday at Bishop Gorman High School.

Jaren Leavitt ran for 122 yards and three touchdowns on 12 carries, caught three passes for 102 yards and a score and intercepted a pass.
