It was a relatively quiet week in the High School Football America Pennsylvania High School Football Top 25 as we hit the midway point of the 2019 high school football regular season.
Cathedral Prep drops four spots to No. 10 after losing to a very good and undefeated Benedictine team from Ohio.
Archbishop Wood falls from No. 13 to No. 16 after loss to the Peddie School, a private New Jersey prep school.
Cocalico drops from the rankings after being blown-out by No. 14 Manheim Township 56-7.
There are several big games this week that will shape next week’s Top 25.
In Philadelphia, top-ranked St. Joseph’s Prep plays No. 8 La Salle in the Philadelphia Catholic League Red Division opener for both teams. Another Top 25 head-to-head will be in West Lawn where No. 13 Wilson will host No. 14 Manheim Township in a Lancaster Lebanon League Section 1 showdown.
In the western part of the state, No. 4 Pine-Richland travels to No. 6 Pittsburgh Central Catholic.
