Pennsylvania high school football preseason rankings

The Pennsylvania preseason high school football rankings have been released and it’s no surprise that the top two teams in the state’s newly formed Class 6A are the two teams that are ranked in the High School Football America Top 50.

Pittsburgh Central Catholic, ranked #11 in the latest HSFA national rankings, begin the season ranked #1 in Class 6A, followed by St. Joseph’s Prep, which is ranked #34 in our national poll that is created by our proprietary algorithm.  Pennsylvania expanded its state championships by two classes this year.
