No surprise at the top of the Preseason High School Football America Pennsylvania Top 25 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. St. Joseph’s Prep, winners of six of the last eight 6A state titles, is No. 1 in our statewide rankings. This year, the Hawks will be looking for their third straight title.

Making SJP’s run to a three-peat will be reigning 5A champ Imhotep Charter, which moves up to 6A this year. The Panthers are ranked No. 2 in the state.

On the national scene, St. Joe’s is ranked No. 16 in America. Imhotep is No. 56 in the HSFA 300.

No. 3 Malvern Prep is the only other team from the Keystone State in the national rankings. The Friars are No. 266.
