The program is designed to provide an opportunity for coaches seeking their initial entry into the National Football League.

Saulsberry is one of 25 finalists for the Bucs’ Academy that had over 1,500 applicants from the United States, Germany, Denmark, and Brazil. Six of the finalists are currently coaching at the high school level.
