On today’s High School Football America Podcast, Jeff Fisher talks with Whitehaven High School (Memphis, Tennessee) head coach Rodney Saulsberry about being part of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers National Coaching Academy in May. The program is designed to provide an opportunity for coaches seeking their initial entry into the National Football League.

Saulsberry is one of 25 finalists for the Bucs’ Academy that had over 1,500 applicants from the United States, Germany, Denmark, and Brazil. Six of the finalists are currently coaching at the high school level.
