Poll: 80% believe there will be a 2020 high school football season

About a month ago, we conducted a Twitter poll asking followers what they thought about whether there will be a 2020 high school football season. At that time, 67-percent voted there would be a season this year in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

This weekend, after lots of positive news about the start of high school football summer conditioning workouts starting in the coming weeks, we did another poll. This poll showed even more optimism with 80% of the voters believing there will be a season this year. Only 8% felt there wouldn’t be high school football in 2020 with 12% voting it’s still too early to tell.
