It’s quarterfinal (Division I) and semifinal (Division II) time in the 2021 Tennessee high school football playoffs.

At the top of the rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, No. 1 Oakland and No. 2 Maryville continue on their collision course for a matchup in the 6A state semifinals. In the 6A quarterfinals this week, No. 7 Summit, which won the 5A title in 2020, will look to advance to the semis when it faces No. 9 Ravenwood. Back in October, Summit beat the Raptors 49-28.

Speaking of collision courses, in Division II-AA, No. 5 Lipscomb Academy and No. 6 Christ Presbyterian are one win away from playing for a second straight state title.

New to this week’s ranking is Powell at No. 10. This week, the Panthers will play Rhea County in the 5A quarters.
