The Hornets open the 2020 season with its annual rivalry game against Benton, ranked No. 6 in our preseason statewide rankings, in the Salt Bowl at the University of Arkansas’s War Memorial Stadium. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s attendance will be capped at 12,000 for a game that always pushes about 30,000.

Benton has finished runner-up in Class 6A over the last two seasons.
