#12 Katy (2-0) travels to The Woodlands (1-1) tonight looking for its 51st straight regular season victory. The last team to beat the Tigers during the regular season was the Highlanders back in 2009.
While Katy’s offense is its usual potent self, the Tigers defensive hasn’t allowed a point this year. On offense, Katy is led by running back Rodney Anderson, an Oklahoma recruit, who has rushed for 183 yards and five touchdowns in two games. Last season, Anderson ran for 227 yards in last year’s 37-14 win over The Woodlands.
The Woodlands offensive star is running back Patrick Carr, who is closing-in on the school’s all-time rushing yardage mark.
