After shocking defending Class 6 champ De Smet in this year’s championship game, Raymore-Peculiar soars into the No. 1 spot in the latest High School Football America Missouri Top 10. Ray-Pec shutout the Spartans 23-0 to capture the school’s fourth overall high school football state championship.

Platte County also moves a five spot jump this week after beating former No. 3 Webb City 24-21 in the Class 5 semifinals. The Pirates will play new No. 2 Jackson this week for the state title.
