Regional Rankings: Northeast Top 20 – Week 2

The top three teams in the new High School Football America Northeast Region Top 20 are from New Jersey.  St. Joseph Regional (Montvale, New Jersey) remains No. 1 after opening the season with a win over nationally-ranked Deerfield Beach from Florida this past weekend. St. Peter’s Prep (New Jersey) held at No. 2 and this week will play No. 10 St. Joseph’s Prep (Pennsylvania).  Bergen Catholic moves up one spot to No. 3 after beating former No. 14 DePaul Catholic (New Jersey).

Archbishop Hoban (Ohio) is the only new team in the rankings this week, entering at No. 18. Mentor (Ohio), which lost to No. 5 St. Ignatius (Ohio) drops out of the Top 20
