Three new teams enter this week’s High School Football America Southwest Top 20 that is created with our proprietary algorithm.  Ridge Point (Texas) break-in at No. 18 after playing their first game last weekend after having their first two cancelled by Hurricane Harvey.  The Panthers are joined by two Arkansas teams — No. 18 Bryant and No. Har-Ber.
