Mater Dei (California), the No. 1 team in the nation in the High School Football America Top 100, is the top team in the first West Region Top 20 that is created with our proprietary algorithm.  This weekend it will be No. 1 vs. No. 2 when the Monarchs host Bishop Gorman from Nevada.
