Ringgold (PA) hires legendary Aliquippa coach Mike Zmijanac as new head coach

After being ousted after 21 successful years at Aliquippa, Mike Zmijanac is the new head football coach at Ringgold. Zmijanac was 237-36 with six WPIAL titles with one state title.

Ringgold is the alma mater of Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana. In 2006, the school renamed the Rams home field after him — Joe Montana Stadium
