Class 3A champ Salesianum is the No. 1 team in Delaware for 2023. The Sallies finish No. 1 in the High School Football America Delaware Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football, after capturing their first high school football state title since 2013.

Middletown, which lost to Salesianum in the state semifinals, finishes No. 2, followed by Cape Henlopen at No. 3, Sussex Central at No. 4 and 2A champ Caravel at No. 5
