OCVarsity.com is reporting that Justin Schaeffer has stepped-down as the head football coach at Fountain Valley, just two months after accepting the school’s head coaching job.  The website story doesn’t indicate a reason for Schaeffer’s departure.

Schaeffer took-over for Ray Fenton, who left to become the head coach at Los Alamitos.  In six seasons as the head coach at Murrieta Mesa, Schaeffer was 26-34.
