Showdown time in Louisiana Top 10 in Battle for Baton Rouge

It’s only Week 3 of the high school football season, but this week’s game between No. 1 University Lab and Catholic in Baton Rouge will go a long way to shape the High School Football America Louisiana Top 10 for the coming weeks. In the battle between defending state champs, Lab, the 2017 Division II champs, comes into the game ranked No. 1 in our statewide poll and No. 41 in our national rankings. Defending Division I champ Catholic is No. 3 in the state and No. 71 in the High School Football America 100.

The only change in this week’s rankings is at No. 6 and No. 7 where West Monroe and Evangel Christian flip-flop positions.
