Shuffling continues in latest Media Compilation Poll

Top 25

When hardly any nationally-ranked teams lose, you can expect very little shuffling in the High School Football America Top 25 Media Poll.  That’s certainly the case this week, with a few slight tweaks in the Top 10.

St. John Bosco (California) moves back into the #2 slot after being raised from #8 to #6 in the USA TODAY Super 25.  Last week, the Braves were tied with Allen (Texas), which is at #3 after holding steady in all five polls used to create our media rankings.

There’s a tie at #4 where Corona Centennial (California) is now even with Colquitt County (Georgia) after USA TODAY dropped the Huskies from #6 to #7.

Ocean Lakes (Virginia), which is not ranked in the High School Football America Top 25, climbs from #13 last week into a tie with St. Edward (Ohio) at #10.

The poll awards points on the basis of ranking.  For example, the #1 team receives 25 points, the #2 team receives 24 points and so forth.

Our media compilation poll is released every Wednesday.
