Oxford Hills moves-up to No. 2 in the latest High School Football America Maine Top 5, powered by NFL Play Football. That means when the Vikings play Thornton Academy for the Class A championship, it will be a showdown between the top two teams in the state.
During the regular season on October 15, Thornton beat the Vikings 31-23.
Three-time defending champ Marshwood is up to No. 3 in the latest statewide rankings after handing former No. 2 Portland its first loss of the season. This week, the Hawks will play No. 5 Windham for the Class B title.
