It feels like yesterday that the 2017 season ended, but we’re already looking ahead to the 2018 high school football season with the first The Opening Regional in Miami, Florida.
Six players picked-up invitations to the national finals at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon later this year. Half of those players play for IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, which finished No. 3 in the 2017 High School Football America Top 100.
Advancing to the finals are:
Noah Cain, RB – IMG Academy (Florida)
Akeem Dent, DB – Palm Beach Central (Florida)
John Dunmore, WR – Chaminade-Madonna (Florida)
Kaiir Elam, DB – The Benjamin School (Florida)
Evan Neal, OL – IMG Academy (Florida)
Trey Sanders, RB – IMG Academy (Florida)
The first six to punch their ticket to The Opening Finals. Congrats fellas!
