The Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown in the Cincinnati-area turns 19 this year.  To celebrate its  19th anniversary, the area’s premiere high school football event will feature 19 games.

This year’s showdown will be played over two weekends with 17 teams from Ohio, plus national power St. John Bosco from  California and Indiana-power Warren Central.  Bosco will face St. Xavier on Saturday, August 27th at Nippert Stadium on the campus of the University of Cincinnati.  The game will also be televised as part of ESPN’s GEICO High School Football Kickoff Classic.  Also on August 27th, Warren Central will square-off with Colerain.

Friday, August 19

  • Campbell County vs. East Central – 7:30 p.m. (East Central High School)
  • Lloyd vs. Walton-Verona – 7 p.m. (Lloyd High School)

Wednesday, August 24

  • Purcell Marian vs. Summit Country Day – 7:30 p.m. (UC’s Sheakley Athletics Center)

Thursday, August 25

  • Covington Catholic vs. Oak Hills – 7:30 p.m. (Mount St. Joseph University)
  • Indian Hill vs. New Richmond – 7 p.m. (UC’s Sheakley Athletics Center)

Friday, August 26

  • La Salle vs. Sycamore – 6 p.m. (UC’s Nippert Stadium)
  • Lakota West vs. Moeller – 8:30 p.m. (UC’s Nippert Stadium)
