The on-any-given-weekend continues during the 2022 Utah high school football season.
Corner Canyon knocked No. 1 Skyridge from the ranks of the unbeaten, but not from the top spot in the latest High School Football America Utah Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The 21-17 win moves the Chargers up one spot to No. 4 this week.
Corner Canyon now is the only unbeaten team left in 6A Region 4 play. This week, Skyridge will travel to Lone Peak. The loser will probably drop-out of the Region 4 championship race.
No. 3 Lone Peak also lost this past weekend, but holds its spot in the Top 10. The Knights lost to No. 7 American Fork in OT 17-14.
