Soldotna finishes No. 1 in Alaska Top 5

Not only does Soldotna own a 59-game win streak, but now the Stars have finished atop the High School Football America Alaska Top 5 for three straight years.  The Stars won their sixth straight state title two weeks ago.

Division I champ Bartlett finishes No. 2, followed by Chugiak at No. 3, West at No. 4 and East at No. 5.

High School Football America began ranking high school teams in Alaska with its proprietary algorithm in 2015.
