Falling in behind SEP is Dowling Catholic at No. 2, followed by Ankeny at No. 3, 4A champ Lewis Central at No. 4, Western Dubuque at No. 5, Pleasant Valley at No. 6, Xavier at No. 7, Ankeny Centennial at No. 8, Valley (West Des Moines) at No. 9 and Creston at No. 10.
