St. John Bosco (California) now holds a three point lead in our latest High School Football America Top 25 Media Poll.  The Braves, ranked #2 in our National Top 25, gained a point on second place Bishop Gorman (Nevada) after USA TODAY moved them up a notch in its latest Super 25.

Allen (Texas) and Colquitt County (Georgia) continue to flip-flop as they’ve done all season.  This week, the Eagles move into the #3 spot, while Colquitt County falls from #3 to #4.

New to the poll this week is Maryville (Tennessee) at #23 and Mill Creek (Georgia), which is tied at #24 with Colerain (Ohio).

In addition to our poll, which is based on our proprietary algorithm, we include USA Today’s Super 25, MaxPreps’ Xcellent 25, NationalHSFootball.com’s HSFB 100 and PrepNation.com’s National Prep Poll.

The poll awards points on the basis of ranking.  For example, the #1 team receives 25 points, the #2 team receives 24 points and so forth.

Our media compilation poll is released every Wednesday.
