In what could be a preview of a late post-season CIF-Southern Section PAC-5 playoff game, St. John Bosco beat Bishop Amat in Saturday’s Surf City Passing Tournament in Huntington Beach. It was a repeat of 2014 when the Braves beat the Lancers for the title in the 16-team 7-on-7 passing tournament that also featured a lineman competition. St. John Bosco also captured the lineman part of the competition.
HB tourney results: Varsity 1st, Lineman comp 1st, Frosh 2nd in bronze bracket. A great day of FB for the Braves! Well done boys! #family
