St. Joseph’s Prep, which finished No. 4 in last year’s High School Football America 100, will play two teams that finished that finished right behind them in the national rankings in 2018.

SJP will square-off with No. 6 St. John’s College High School (Washington, DC) on September 6 at Rutgers University in New Jersey and then the following weekend will meet No. 5 IMG Academy (Florida) at home.

The Hawks will open the season on the road in Georgia on August 30 against Marietta, a team that played one of the toughest schedules in the nation last year.

With a large major of last year’s Class 6A championship game returning, including junior-to-be QB Kyle McCord, look for St. Joe’s to be highly-ranked in our Preseason 100 that will be released later this year. The biggest change will be at the top where Tim Roken takes over for Gabe Infante.
