St. Joseph’s Prep, ranked No. 5 in the High School Football America 100, captured the Pennsylvania Class 6A state championship with a 40-20 victory over No. 96 Harrisburg Saturday night at Hershey Park Stadium.

Hawks’ quarterback Kyle McCord threw for 284 yards and two touchdowns in the victory that gives SJP its fourth state title in the last six years.
