St. Margaret’s advances to D-IV championship game

St. Margaret’s is back in the California Division IV championship game for the first time since winning it all back in 2008.  Friday night, the Tartans moved to 15-0 with a 48-21 win over Christian of El Cajon in the SoCal Division IV Regional Bowl.

According to, St. Margaret’s was led by sophomore quarterback George Krantz, who threw for a career high 367 yards and four touchdowns.

St. Margaret’s will now play two-time defending champ Central Catholic of Modesto next Friday at 4 PM for the Division IV championship.
