Strawn raced to a 40-0 first quarter lead against Follett on its way to a 48-0 victory to capture the Texas Class 1A Division II 6-man state championship. The Greyhounds second straight state title came behind a strong defense that allowed Follett only 53-yards of total offense, which set a state record.

Strawn finishes with a 13-2 record.
