Tennessee’s all-time winningest high school football coach hired at Boyd Buchanan

Less than a month after stepping-down at Alcoa, Gary Rankin is the new head coach at Boyd Buchanan School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Rankin is Tennessee’s all-time winningest with 467 wins.

Rankin owns 17 Tennessee high school football championships. 13 of those titles came at Alcoa. He is currently No. 7 on the all-time high school football coaching wins list.
