The Meadows School captures Nevada 2A high school football championship

Sean Gosse completed 11 of 22 passes for 243 yards and three touchdowns as The Meadows School beat Lincoln County 27-12 in Monday’s Class 2A state championship football game at Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders. It was the Mustangs first state football title since 2009. They also won a title in 2008.

The championship game was much closer than the regular season game between the two that was won by the Mustangs 42-0.
