Timpview’s 33-29 come-from-behind win over preseason No. 2 Skyridge pulls the reigning 5A champs up three spots to No. 2 in the latest High School Football America Utah Top 10, powered by NFL Play Football. The Thunderbirds will put that new ranking to the test this week when it plays No. 5 Lone Peak.
Speaking of big tests, top-ranked Corner Canyon will square-off with national power IMG Academy (Florida), ranked No. 4 in the HSFA 300 national rankings. The Chargers are ranked No. 35 in the Top 300.

Skyridge falls a spot to No. 3 this week. Friday night, the Falcons will be in Las Vegas to play Liberty, No. 132 in the HSFA 300. Skyridge was No. 123 in our preseason rankings.
After losing to Corner Canyon, American Fork drops three spots to No. 6. The Cavemen will try to get into the win column against Orem, which breaks into the Top 10 at No. 9 after beating Pleasant Grove.
Brighton breaks into the statewide rankings at No. 10.
