For the second straight year, Mona Shores, ranked No. 84 in the High School Football America 100 national rankings powered by BlackMP Living Water, is the Michigan Division 2 high school football champ. Friday at Ford Field, home of the Detroit Lions, the Sailors beat Warren De La Salle 25-19 for back-to-back state titles.

Mona Shores was led by 5-foot-7 senior quarterback Brady Rose, who rushed 22 times for 154 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
