For the fourth straight year, Cherry Creek is Colorado’s 5A champ. The Bruins, ranked No. 80 in the High School Football America 300 national rankings, powered by NFL Play Football, beat Valor Christian 24-17 at Empower Field at Mile High.

Overall, Cherry Creek owns 13 state titles. The Bruins head coach Dave Logan, a former NFL receiver, has now won 11 state titles.
