Top-ranked North Shore continues rolling in Texas high school football playoffs

North Shore, ranked No. 1 in the High School Football America 100 national rankings powered by BlackMP Living Water, is now two wins away from a third straight state championship in Texas’ largest classification. On New Year’s Day, the Mustangs easily handled Fort Bend Ridge Point 56-14 to advance to the Class 6A Division I state semifinals next weekend.

Auburn-recruit Dematrius Davis ran for three scores in the win. He also threw for two touchdowns.

North Shore will play the winner of Saturday’s state quarterfinal between is Cibolo Steele (9-3) and Austin Westlake (11-0). Westlake is currently ranked No. 7 in our Top 100.
