For the second time in three years, Trotwood-Madison is an Ohio high school football state champ. T-W, ranked No. 16 in the High School Football America Ohio Top 25, beat No. 24 Mansfield 14-7 in overtime for the Division III state championship.

Trailing 7-0 in the fourth quarter, Trotwood-Madison tied the game at 7-7 when Ke’Shawn Huguely scored on a 14-yard TD run. The Rams then won it on a huge fourth-and-8 in OT.

The victory capped an incredible year for the community that was ravaged by tornadoes on Memorial Day.
