Corner Canyon returns to the top of the latest High School Football America Utah Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Chargers return to the No. 1 after former No. 1 Lone Peak lost to Skyridge 21-16 and fall to No. 2.
Skyridge, which moves from No. 4 to No. 3, now sits at the top of 6A Region 3 with a perfect 3-0 record. The Falcons can win the region with wins in its last two games against Pleasant Grove and American Fork.
There are two big head-to-head matchups inside the Top 10 this week.
In 6A, Lone Peak hosts Lehi on Thursday night with the winner staying in the 6A Region 3 championship hunt.
In 5A Region 5, No. 6 Roy can wrap-up the championship when it plays No. 8 Bountiful.
