Valor Christian is now the No. 1 team in the High School Football America Colorado Top 10 powered by NFL Play Football. The Eagles take-over the top spot after two-time defending champ Cherry Creek was upset 17-14 by Arapahoe.
That loss drops Cherry Creek to No. 2 in the latest rankings that are created with our proprietary algorithm. Arapahoe moves into the rankings at No. 8
No. 3 Arvada West was also beaten last week. The Wildcats were beaten by then unranked Pomona. Arvada West drops out of the Top 10.
Ralston Valley moves into No. 3. This week RV plays No. 7 Columbine. In other Top 10 head-to-head, No. 6 Regis Jesuit plays No. 10 Pine Creek.
