Versailles snaps Kirtland’s 55-game wins streak to win Ohio Division V high school football championship

Kirtland’s streaks are over. Versailles beat the Hornets 20-16 on Saturday for the Division V high school football championship, ending Kirtland’s string of three straight state titles and 55-game win streak.

Versailles, which captured its seventh overall state championship and first since 2003, finishes 2021 with a 15-1 record.
