The only change in the latest High School Football America West Region Top 10 is at #2 and #3 where Corona Centennial (California) and St. John Bosco (California) flip-flopped.  Bosco, which began the year ranked #1 in the region, lost to top-ranked Mater Dei (California), which drops the Braves to #3.
