Back-to-back state champ Westlake finishes 2020 (2021) as the top team in the Lone Star State. The Chaparrals, who moved up a classification from 2019, captured the title in the state’s biggest classification by beating Southlake Carroll, which solidified the Chaps spot atop the High School Football America Texas Top 25 created with our proprietary algorithm.
