The Lone Star State had three players selected in the second round — defensive end Logan Hall (Belton HS) with the 33rd overall pick by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, safety Jalen Pitre (Stafford HS) at No. 37 by the Houston Texans and guard Ed Ingram (DeSoto HS) by the Minnesota Vikings at No. 59.
Alabama and Florida led the second round with each having four players taken.
