Windsor forced six turnovers Saturday to capture Vermont’s Division III state high school football championship with a 42-6 win over Otter Valley.  Windsor entered the game ranked #5 in the High School Football America Vermont Top 5.

Seth Balch tossed three touchdown passes in the victory.  The state championship is Windsor’s first since 2009.

It was the third straight Division III state championship appearance by Otter Valley, which won the title in 2015.
