After starting the year with a loss, Marquette University has climbed back to No. 2 in the High School Football America Wisconsin Top 10 high school football rankings, powered by NFL Play Football. The Hilltoppers closed-out the regular season on an eight-game win streak with a 42-35 win over No. 3 Mukwonago.
Franklin heads into the postseason as the top team in the state. The Sabers will open the Division 1 playoffs against Fond du Lac.
