Saturday night’s game CIF Open Division championship game between #1 Corona Centennial and #2 De La Salle will decide who’s the best team in California this year.
Both teams have had outstanding seasons and the roles would have been reversed if DLS had won its season opener against Euless Trinity in Texas. The Spartans began the season as the top team in our National Top 25 and California 25, but fell off the top perch after that loss on national television in the Lone Star State.
